Terms and Conditons
Suitability
Client well-being is always my priority, please be aware that I will not be able to treat you if you have any of the following conditions:
- Anyone who is allergic, or who has been known to be allergic, to pigment or makeup;
- Anyone taking blood thinning medication;
- Anyone with active skin cancer in the area to be treated;
- Anyone with skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated;
- Anyone who has experience post inflammatory hyper pigmentation;
- Anyone with transmittable blood conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis;
- Anyone with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure;
- Anyone who is a haemophiliac;
- Anyone with healing disorders;
- Anyone taking Accutane (Acne medication)
- Anyone taking steroids that thin the skin;
- Anyone currently pregnant or breastfeeding;
- Anyone currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy;
- Anyone who is epileptic and has experienced a seizure within the last 2 years (A doctors note of approval required);
- Anyone with keloid scarring.
Information to be aware of prior to treatment
- You may need a doctor’s letter in order to proceed if you are taking any medication for specific health conditions;
- You must wait 4 weeks after ANY operation;
- If you are considering any fillers or botox, please have your permanent makeup treatment first;
- If you have already had a lip filler or botox procedure, please wait a minimum of 2-3 weeks before a permanent makeup procedure.
Patch Test
A patch test will ALWAYS be required prior to your first treatment with me. This must be undertaken 24 hours- 48 hours prior to your microblading appointment.
Consultation
A full consultation will be undertaken to review your medical history, ensure I can meet your expectations in terms of the desired outcome and provide the opportunity to get to know each other. Please be advised that I specialise in natural looking eye brows therefore if you require a different look, I may not be the artist for you.
Booking Terms
All booking fees are non-refundable unless a positive patch test has occurred and I have seen this in person;
- All booking fees are non- refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 48 hours notice. Any appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will require a further deposit;
- I can not guarantee that a patch test is 100% accurate due to traces of nickel that can be found in some needles and/or pigments. A reaction could occur at any time, including once a treatment has taken place;
- I do not guarantee your procedure as every person is unique and it would be negligent of me to do so;
- The top up session must be undertaken between 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet this timeframe and that your appointment is booked accordingly;
- Every microblading treatment requires a top up session and this is included in the price, however, it may be necessary to do a 3rd or even a 4th treatment to achieve the desired result;
- Failure to turn up for your appointment will result in a total loss of your deposit;
- Photographs and videos taken before and after a treatment will only be used by myself on this website or my own social media sites with your permission. I try to make sure that only the treated area is on display so each client can not be recognised, however this is not always possible;
- You have the right to choose not to have your photographs and videos published and this is absolutely no problem at all.
- I reserve the right to refuse any treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an cancellation policy. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to attend this appointment.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit of £50, this will be taken off the cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or used to secure your future appointment. Providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know. However if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. We are happy to discuss any questions regarding this cancellation policy.
